Create your first DIY Rollers

So you just got started with one of our dōTERRA starter kits, and you want to get creating your own rollers and combinations…

Please know that there is no exact science to this, the easiest way is truly just to get all your oils out, put some good music on and start blending whatever you would like to try in a roller.

When working with Roller bottles you will want to make sure you adapt the correct dilution rate and always start with small amounts of essential oil drops.

What you need :
* 5 ml or 10 ml roller bottles
* Fractionated coconut oil (or any other good quality carrier oil)
* Your dōTERRA starter kit
* Labels or stickers

Here are a few practical blends you can make yourself !

Back to you - 10 drops of Frankincense & Wild Orange
Sleep well - 10 drops of Lavender & Frankincense
Seasonal Support - 7 drops of Lemon, Lavender & Peppermint
Stay Strong - 4 drops of Frankincense, Tea Tree, On Guard, Oregano & Lemon
Focus is on - 10 drops of Peppermint & Wild Orange
